My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the facilities were enjoyable, and the adult pool was a highlight, it was disappointing that the all-inclusive options were quite limited. The rooms, although comfortable, were showing their age and could use a refresh. Despite these issues, the service from most staff members was commendable. Overall, it felt like a 'not quite there' experience, especially for a Hilton property.
Our stay at the hotel was truly remarkable, highlighted by its exceptional staff and fantastic dining options. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach, and the pool facilities were clean and fun for the kids. The only downside was that the rooms felt a bit dated, but it's undergoing renovations which should bring them up to standard. Overall, a great value for a family vacation!
